On Friday, April 17, The Do-Over brings a special night of global sounds to Don Quixote in Los Angeles featuring JAEL (Amsterdam) alongside ZAINAB (fka ZEEMUFFIN), CALDEE, and The Do-Over DJs.
Expect a genre-spanning dancefloor experience with hip hop, house, drum n’ bass, R&B, and global dance music from some of the scene’s most exciting selectors.
This marks a special Los Angeles stop for JAEL, whose high-energy sets have earned him a devoted following worldwide. The night also welcomes ZAINAB for her first-ever Do-Over appearance, while CALDEE, newly relocated to Los Angeles from Hawaii, returns for her second Do-Over feature.

Giovanni Jaël Jano, globally recognized as JAEL, is a dynamic Moluccan recording artist, producer, DJ, and vocalist hailing from The Netherlands. Rooted in a rich tapestry of Moluccan Folk, Gospel, Soul, and Electronic Music, JAEL’s musical upbringing shaped the foundation for his electrifying and versatile artistry. Zainab Hasnain, fka ZEEMUFFIN, is a Pakistani-American DJ from NYC.
Born in Lahore, her approach to DJing has been heavily influenced by her Pakistani heritage, and the multiculturalism of New York City. Her sets often seamlessly blend genres, with her favorites being hip-hop and Bollywood. Ditching a stable career in finance and later a job at Spotify, Hasnain decided to follow her passion. She has been shaking the New York music scene ever since.

Born in Cavite City and shaped by the cultural energy of the Pacific and the Bay Area, Andrea de Asis — known as CALDEE — has spent the last decade curating soundscapes that fuse global rhythms with modern club culture.
CALDEE bridges worlds — blending electronic, R&B, and world club sounds into high-energy sets that move both body and emotion. Her background in theater and film deeply informs her visual and musical storytelling, bringing a cinematic feel to every performance.
From rooftops in Manila to massive stages across Hawaii and California, CALDEE has shared decks with artists such as Diplo, Kaskade, Tokimonsta, Four Color Zack, and Louis the Child. Her sets are defined by energy, emotion, and connection — always evolving, never predictable.
2025 marked a new chapter as CALDEE expanded her global presence with performances across Asia and North America, pushing her sound and creative direction into new territories.
